If a purchase has been debited from your bank account but has failed to be applied in VEGA Conflict, it means the purchase is stuck somewhere in Apple’s payment system. While their system may think it sent the purchase to us, it never did. As Apple’s payment system is their intellectual property, we cannot see the purchase nor force the transaction to complete. I would like to help in whatever way I can, though, so here are some steps that have helped other players experiencing the same issue:
1. Force close the app. Then re-open the app and go to the VEGA Conflict store.
2. Close the store. This should prompt any delayed purchases to appear. This may take up to 24 hours.
3. If after 24 hours, the purchase does not appear, please contact Apple Support directly for further assistance since they are the ones that processed the payment.

If you are wondering why we cannot assist with this payment issue since it's our game, keep in mind that payment systems are often built-in third-party tech based on the platform you are playing on. If you were playing our game on iOS, you would need to speak to Apple Support about their payment system. For Android, you would need to speak to Google Play Support, and similarly, if you were having trouble purchasing through PayPal, we would recommend you reach out to PayPal.
