We’re excited to announce that our player support system is getting an upgrade! Starting November 28th, we’ll be transitioning to a new platform, HelpShift, to enhance your support experience. This upgrade will make it easier to find answers, report issues, and stay updated on the latest game news and events.
Key Details
- November 28th: The new HelpShift support system goes live.
- December 20th: All Zendesk tickets will be resolved or migrated to the new system.
- No Sign-Up Needed! This new system uses your game details.
What this means for you:
- Improved Support: Access faster, more streamlined help with an interactive widget. This new widget will help answer common questions, gather information for specific issues, and direct you to Help Center articles for detailed guides and solutions.
- Bug Reports and Suggestion Portals: These will remain in Discord, where we’ll continue using and improving them based on your feedback.
- Never leave the game: The support widget now lives in the same browser window as your game. You can view Release Notes, search articles, or respond to support tickets all while still commanding your forces!
