There is currently an issue with event fleets' aggro behavior, which may lead to erroneous attacks on fleets. A fleet normally must be on top of an NPC event fleet for an attack to be triggered, but it appears fleets are more aggressive than intended. Aggro behavior is currently being investigated and updates to this issue will be posted here as they arise.
